One of the musician recollects about his association with that band that he was a part of and his co-founder. The elderly pair is sad to leave behind their children but know that they have to move on with their own lives. The newly wedded pair shortly talk to each other about their past relationship and get on with their liking for each other. In their ways, some of the passengers seem to be having something about their past. Sudipa finds herself sharing her compartment with Malini aka Molly (Aparajitha Adhya) and her young daughter Putul, other in the cabin include newly wedded pair Ajay (Biswanath Basu)and his wife (Manali Dey), an elderly pair, who are off to Kolkata as their sons family is going to the U.S and the group of four musicians of the popular band “Chandrabindo’o” and Surojit Chatterjee another musician who was a part of the famous band “Bhoomi”. The film starts with different people shown boarding at first class AC compartment of Jaenshwari Express from LTT, Kurla in Mumbai, the being of the long trip to Kolkata.
